Jamie & Aaron live in Playa Pavones, Costa Rica. Their energy and passion for cooking, entertaining & setting up exotic adventure vacations for people, in Costa Rica, is true love for this country. They own the adventure travel company Sea-Earth.com and the hotel & restaurant Castillo de Pavones, also known as the Castle Of Costa Rica. They have lived in California, Florida, New England, SE Asia and Chicago before Costa Rica, so their knowledge of food and how to cook is amazing.
